Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, please read our returns policy below.

Your Right to Cancel Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason. To exercise this right, please contact us at sales@pianopartshop.com within 14 days of receipt.

Returning Items Items must be returned in their original, unused condition and packaging. You are responsible for the cost of return postage unless the item is faulty or was sent in error. We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.

Please note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return via email cannot be accepted. You are responsible for the cost of return postage unless the item is faulty or was sent in error.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Faulty or Incorrect Items If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days of receipt and we will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return postage costs.

Exclusions Items that have been used, damaged through misuse, or returned outside the 14-day window may not be eligible for a refund.
